Ella Valley Winery

Ella Valley Winery is based in the Judean Hills of Israel, an elevation-cooled wine region located inland from the coastal plains. The winery produces red wines from classic Bordeaux varieties suited to the region's continental climate and diurnal temperature variations.

The Judean Hills have become one of Israel's most established wine regions, with altitudes between 600 and 900 meters creating conditions favorable for balanced grape ripening.
