Ingredients
- 60mlConnemara Original Irish Whiskey
- 20mlSweet Vermouth
- 2 dashesAngostura Bitters
Method
- Fill a mixing glass with ice cubes
- Add the Connemara Original Irish Whiskey, Sweet Vermouth, and Angostura Bitters
- Stir gently until well-chilled
- Strain the mixture into a chilled coupe glass
To serve
Coupe glass, garnish with a single Luxardo Maraschino cherry, skewered and placed in the center of the drink
