The Symphonie vintage is a harmonious composition of aromas and notes. Through its finesse and freshness, it allows you to fully discover the style of the House's wines. The result of mastered know-how, this rosé wine from the AOP Côtes-de-Provence is made from grapes from the Maison Sainte Marguerite vineyard and partner winegrowers with whom Enzo and Olivier Fayard work closely, who are responsible for the vinification.
A classified growth of the Côtes de Provence appellation which proves to be a real fruity escapade with beautiful notes of red fruits, notably strawberry and raspberry. An aromatic, fruity and balanced mouth. This rosé wine has character while keeping a beautiful delicacy.
