This is a blended champagne composed exclusively of 100% Chardonnay grapes, sourced exclusively from the Grands Crus of Mesnil-sur-Oger and Oger. The wine is cellared for a minimum of 48 months. The color is bright golden. Both the nose and palate offer a beautiful, qualitative attack of white flowers such as acacia, linden, cherry, apple, and pear blossoms. This is followed by finely chiseled notes of citrus fruits such as kumquat, Menton lemon, and Florida pink grapefruit.
