Ingredients
Ingredients:
- 60 ml Angostura 7 Year Rum
- 30 ml fresh lime juice
- 15 ml simple syrup
- 2 dashes of Angostura Cocoa Bitters
- 1 egg white
Instructions:
1. Add all ingredients to a shaker without ice and shake vigorously for 10 seconds.
2. Add ice to the shaker and shake again for another 10 seconds.
3. Strain the mixture into a chilled glass.
4. Garnish with a lime wheel and a sprinkle of cocoa powder.
