- 60 ml Redbreast 12 yrs Irish Whiskey
- 30 ml honey syrup
- 15 ml lemon juice
- 1 egg white
- 2 dashes of Angostura bitters
- Ice

Instructions:
1. Fill a shaker with ice.
2. Add Redbreast 12 yrs Irish Whiskey, honey syrup, lemon juice, and egg white.
3. Shake vigorously for 10-15 seconds.
4. Strain into a chilled glass.
5. Add 2 dashes of Angostura bitters on top.
6. Garnish with a lemon twist.
7. Enjoy the smooth and creamy taste.
