Coyote's Enigma

Ingredients

• 45 mlLos Siete Misterios Coyote Mezcal
• 25 mlPineapple Juice
• 15 mlFresh Lime Juice
• 10 mlAgave Nectar
• 2 dashesAztec Chocolate Bitters

Method

1. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice
2. Add the Mezcal, pineapple juice, lime juice, and agave nectar
3. Shake vigorously for 10-15 seconds
4. Strain the mixture into a chilled coupe glass
5. Add 2 dashes of Aztec Chocolate Bitters
6. Gently stir to incorporate the bitters
