The 2021 Pinot Noir was aged for 24 months at 50% in untoasted 1500 liter oak vats and 50% in concrete eggs. It is one of the ripest wines of the vintage, with very good freshness and acidity, proving balanced with notes of small black fruits. It is medium-bodied with dusty tannins that give it a slightly rustic feel. It needs time in the glass, where it improves with air, and where the rustic touch disappears in favor of the deliciousness of the fruit and the sweet spices. An atypical Pinot Noir from Chile, without fining or filtration.
