Quite similar to the wine bottled by the Almacenista himself, the NV Palo Cortado de Jerez Almacenista Cayetano del Pino was selected from 22 botas aged in Jerez, which must have at some point held wine aged under flor, as it's sharp and pungent while it also has some creaminess and it's very long, lifted by a spirity finish. The wine is around 20 years of age and is a textbook example of what a Palo Cortado should be.
