Trois Rivières is a Martinique-based distillery producing rhum agricole, the island's distinctive style of rum made directly from fresh sugarcane juice rather than molasses. Located in the south of Martinique, the distillery operates within the framework of Martinique's Appellation d'Origine Contrôlée (AOC), which strictly regulates the production methods and quality standards for the island's agricultural rums.

Martinique's rhum agricole tradition represents one of the most regulated and quality-focused rum production systems in the Caribbean. The AOC designation, established in 1996, ensures that rums are made exclusively from sugarcane grown on the island and distilled in column stills to specific alcohol strengths. The volcanic soils and tropical climate of Martinique contribute distinctive terroir characteristics to the sugarcane, resulting in rums with notably fresh, grassy, and complex flavor profiles that differ markedly from molasses-based rums produced elsewhere.

Trois Rivières currently produces both white and amber expressions of rhum agricole. Their blanc agricole represents the pure, unaged distillate that showcases the fresh sugarcane character, while their rhum ambré gains additional complexity and color through aging in oak barrels, developing deeper flavors while maintaining the distinctive agricole profile.
