Ingredients:
50 ml Bulldog - London Dry Gin
20 ml Elderflower liqueur
20 ml Fresh lime juice
10 ml Simple syrup
2 dashes Peychaud's bitters
1. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
2. Add Bulldog - London Dry Gin, elderflower liqueur, fresh lime juice, and simple syrup.
3. Shake vigorously for 10-15 seconds.
4. Double-strain the mixture into a chilled coupe glass.
5. Add 2 dashes of Peychaud's bitters on top of the drink.
