Ingredients

  • 60 mlLimoncello di Capri Limoncello
  • 30 mlAperol
  • 30 mlfreshly squeezed orange juice
  • 15 mlsimple syrup

Method

  1. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice
  2. Add Limoncello di Capri Limoncello, Aperol, orange juice, and simple syrup
  3. Shake vigorously for 10-15 seconds
  4. Strain the mixture into a chilled coupe glass

To serve

Served without ice
