HENDRICK'S ROSE GARDEN

Ingredients:

50ml Hendrick's - Original - 100cl
20ml Rose Syrup
15ml Fresh Lemon Juice
2 Dashes Rhubarb Bitters

1. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
2. Add Hendrick's Gin, rose syrup, lemon juice, and rhubarb bitters.
3. Shake vigorously for 10-15 seconds.
4. Double-strain the mixture into a chilled coupe glass.

Coupe glass, garnish with a dried rose petal and a lemon twist.
