Nordés is the first Atlantic Galician Gin and is based on the distillation of Alvarinho wine, Galician herbs and the grass of the oak groves. The other elements that will be added during its preparation are salicornia (a marine plant), lemon zest, juniper, cardamom, quinine, ginger, hibiscus, licorice and tea. A very original gin.

An iconic bottle

The inspiration for its distinctive white and blue bottle, with its unique design, comes from the the traditional porcelain products made by hand in Sargadelos, in Galicia.

Nordés is named after the wind that heralds the arrival of fine weather in Galicia.
