After ageing for more than a decade in new American oak barrels, the liquid is separated into 3 types of barrels, each of which brings a unique characteristic to the blend: 63% in Madeira barrels, 30% in Sauternes barrels and 7% in Port barrels . Our master blender combines these flavours like a conductor composes a symphony
