- 50 ml Trevethan Distillery Cornish Dry Gin
- 25 ml fresh grapefruit juice
- 15 ml honey syrup
- 2 dashes orange bitters
- 1 sprig of rosemary

Instructions:
1. In a shaker, combine the gin, grapefruit juice, honey syrup, and orange bitters.
2. Add ice and shake vigorously for 10-15 seconds.
3. Strain the mixture into a chilled glass filled with ice.
4. Garnish with a sprig of rosemary.
