Tasting notes

The Silent Pool gin comes from a micro-distillery in the countryside near London. Its homemade process in 4 stages (maceration, tea infusion, basket infusion, grinding) makes it an absolutely unique gin. Full-bodied and fresh with clarity and depth of flavour. A rich, juniper-driven spirit with floral layers of lavender and chamomile.

Ingredients

  • 60 ml Silent Pool Distillers - Silent Pool Gin
  • 20 ml elderflower liqueur
  • 15 ml fresh lemon juice
  • 10 ml honey syrup
  • 2 dashes orange bitters
  • Lemon twist for garnish

Method

  1. Fill a shaker with ice. - Add Silent Pool Gin, elderflower liqueur, lemon juice, honey syrup, and orange bitters. - Shake well for 10–15 seconds. - Strain into a chilled coupe glass. - Garnish with a lemon twist.

Serve

A delicate coupe glass showcasing a pale, golden-hued cocktail with a lemon twist resting elegantly on the rim, releasing a subtle citrus aroma.
