Ingredients

  • 60 ml Mount Gay - XO
  • 20 ml fresh lime juice
  • 15 ml honey syrup
  • 10 ml ginger liqueur
  • 2 dashes Angostura bitters
  • Lime wheel and candied ginger for garnish

Method

  1. Fill a shaker with ice.
  2. Add Mount Gay - XO, fresh lime juice, honey syrup, ginger liqueur, and Angostura bitters.
  3. Shake well for 10–15 seconds.
  4. Strain into a chilled rocks glass over a large ice cube.
  5. Garnish with a lime wheel and a piece of candied ginger.

Serve

A rocks glass with a golden-hued cocktail, featuring a large, clear ice cube. Garnished with a vibrant lime wheel and a glistening piece of candied ginger.
