On the palate, this is a medium-bodied yet concentrated, fresh and well-structured Rosé with purity, finesse and mineral length. It has matured fruit flavors in the persistent aftertaste, representing a good portion of reserve wines that add a final layer of complexity. Aged for seven years on yeast on the bottle the wine is pretty vinous, and its initially slightly oaky taste and grip needs a big fat fish. 4.500 bottles produced.
