Ingredients
- 60 ml Havana Club - 7 yrs
- 20 ml fresh lime juice
- 15 ml honey syrup (1:1 honey to water)
- 2 dashes Angostura bitters
- 60 ml chilled sparkling water
- Lime wheel and mint sprig for garnish
Method
- Fill a shaker with ice.
- Add Havana Club - 7 yrs, fresh lime juice, honey syrup, and Angostura bitters.
- Shake well for 10–15 seconds.
- Strain into a highball glass filled with ice.
- Top with chilled sparkling water.
- Garnish with a lime wheel and a sprig of mint.
Serve
