Creme de Menthe Sour
Ingredients
- 60 mlGet 27 Creme de Menthe 100cl
- 30 mlfreshly squeezed lemon juice
- 20 mlsimple syrup
- 1egg white
Method
- Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker
- Dry shake without ice for 1 minute to emulsify the egg white
- Add ice and shake vigorously for 30 seconds
- Double strain into a chilled coupe glass
To serve
Coupe glass, garnished with a mint sprig placed gently on top of the foam
