Ingredients

  • 60mlThe Brollach Inaugural Release Single Malt Irish Whiskey
  • 20mlVintage Armagnac
  • 10mlMaple Syrup
  • 2 dashesAngostura Bitters
  • 1 dashPeychaud's Bitters

Method

  1. Fill a mixing glass with ice cubes
  2. Add The Brollach Inaugural Release Single Malt Irish Whiskey, Vintage Armagnac, maple syrup, Angostura Bitters, and Peychaud's Bitters
  3. Stir gently until well-chilled
  4. Strain the mixture into a chilled coupe glass

To serve
