Straw colour with green tints, brilliant. Intense and persistent with scents of flowers and plants, rosemary, thyme and sage. Flavour is predominant of vegetal notes, warm and full of good thickness and balanced with a long persistence.
Aromas of Mediterranean scrub, fragrant spring flowers and wild herbs lead the nose along with whiffs of ripe yellow stone fruit. The rich, tangy palate offers ripe apricot and passion fruit before finishing on a note of lemon drop candy.

Sardinia is an Italian island located in the Mediterranean Sea. The island has a long history of winemaking, dating back to the Nuragic civilization that inhabited the island over 3,000 years ago. The island's unique terroir, with its hot and dry climate, rocky soil, and sea breezes, has led to the production of distinctive wines.

The most famous wine produced in Sardinia is Cannonau, a red wine made from the Grenache grape. Cannonau is known for its rich, full-bodied flavor and high alcohol content. Other red wines produced on the island include Carignano, Monica, and Bovale.

Sardinia also produces white wines, including Vermentino, a crisp and refreshing wine with citrus and floral notes. Nuragus is another white wine produced on the island, known for its light and delicate flavor.

In addition to wine, Sardinia is also known for its production of Mirto, a traditional liqueur made from the berries of the myrtle plant. Mirto is typically served as a digestif after a meal and has a sweet and herbal flavor.

Overall, Sardinia's unique terroir and long history of winemaking have led to the production of distinctive wines and spirits that are worth exploring.
