The 2018 Chablis (Maison Louis Jadot) unfurls in the glass with notes of lemon oil, crisp yellow apple and wet stones. On the palate, it's medium to full-bodied, with a delicate core of fruit, lively acids and a long, saline finish that's quintessentially Chablisen. One of Jadot's largest cuvées, this is very faithful to the appellation.

I dag er det en af de mest prestigefyldte vinproducenter i Bourgogne og er kendt for sine exceptionelle vine.

Vingården producerer en bred vifte af vine, herunder både rød- og hvidvine. Flagskibet er Louis Jadot Beaune 1er Cru, som er fremstillet af Pinot Noir-druer dyrket i Beaune-regionen i Bourgogne. Vinen er kendt for sine komplekse aromaer og smage, som omfatter kirsebær, hindbær og jordagtige noter.
