This Grenache blanc is cultivated in echala vines (pole vines) on soil rich in clay-siliceous with a strong component of quartz rock. The high planting density in this high altitude vineyard allows us to obtain very concentrated fruits and a beautiful aromatic complexity. It is a unique style of Grenache Blanc with a lot of finesse, there are notes of lime, green apple, white peach, oyster shell and poppy seed, as well as notes of green herbs. It's rich on the palate, the texture is melting and the finish marked with balanced acidity.

Today, the Western Cape is home to some of the most renowned wine estates in the world.

The region's climate is ideal for grape growing, with warm summers and cool winters. The soils are also diverse, ranging from sandy to clay and granite.
