The Don Julio Real Tequila is the magnum opus of their tequila portfolio. Among the select few Extra-Añejo tequilas available on the market today, it has the special honour of being one of the pioneers. Double-distilled from the finest blue weber agave, the tequila is aged between for 5 years in American white oak ex-bourbon casks to create a one-of-a-kind tequila boasting rich aromas, incredible smoothness, and a sophisticated taste profile that is best enjoyed neat.Each flavourful sip of this fine Añejo first greets you with a pleasant and welcoming nose of citrus and sweet, cooked agave before seducing your taste buds with a well-aged silky-smooth palate of vanilla layered with notes of caramel, chocolate, and almond.
