The aroma of this Champagne is fruity, creamy and delicious. It has hints of crushed strawberry and raspberry with notes of ripe white fruit such as peach and pear. There are also subtle hints of mandarin and exotic fruits. The taste is also fruity, creamy and precise with a nice balance of acidity and sweetness. It has a fine tension and a small creaminess, making it quite enjoyable. The effervescence is well-balanced and very fine. When sipping this Champagne, you'll taste notes of crushed strawberry with sugar, raspberry, pear, blackberry, and citrus. There's also a hint of green apple and a very subtle hint of lime zest on the finish. It has a good length and overall, is a great wine!

Pierre Trichet is a renowned wine producer from the Loire Valley in France. The Loire Valley is known for producing some of the finest wines in the world, and Pierre Trichet is no exception. The region has a long history of winemaking, dating back to the Roman era, and Pierre Trichet is proud to be a part of this tradition.

Pierre Trichet produces a range of wines, including red, white, and rosé. The most famous of these is the Sancerre, a white wine made from Sauvignon Blanc grapes. The Sancerre is known for its crisp, refreshing taste and its ability to pair well with a variety of foods. Pierre Trichet also produces a range of red wines, including Pinot Noir and Cabernet Franc, which are known for their rich, complex flavors.

The production process at Pierre Trichet is steeped in tradition. The grapes are hand-picked and sorted, and only the best grapes are used in the winemaking process. The grapes are then pressed and fermented in stainless steel tanks, before being aged in oak barrels. This process gives the wines their unique flavor and character.

Pierre Trichet is committed to sustainable winemaking practices, and the vineyards are managed using organic and biodynamic methods. This ensures that the grapes are of the highest quality, and that the wines are free from harmful chemicals.

Overall, Pierre Trichet is a producer of exceptional wines, with a long history of winemaking and a commitment to quality and sustainability. Whether you are a wine connoisseur or a casual drinker, a bottle of Pierre Trichet wine is sure to impress.

In 1668, Dom Pérignon is said to have discovered how to make sparkling wine; today his technique is used the world over, although Champagne continues to make some of the finest. France’s most northerly wine region, Champagne is now home to 15,000 growers and 290 ‘houses’. A blend of grape varieties is usually required: white Chardonnay to add fruit and elegance, and two reds – Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier – to provide body and backbone.
