All the Moolydooker ripeness can't hide a minty, greenish edge on the nose of the 2018 The Maitre d' Cabernet Sauvignon. It's full-bodied, ripe and chocolaty, with just enough cassis to round out the plush palate, then finishes velvety and soft. If you're a fan of Thin Mints, Peppermint Patties and the like, this is your Cab.
