Domaine K. Descombes

After having taken over part of his father's vines, Kevin settled on the estate at the beginning of 2013. He chose to manage his vines in a sustainable way, and the maintenance of the plots requires a lot of work throughout the ploughing process (from February to August): bush clearing, decavaillonnage, scratching, inter vine stocks etc.... In the summer, the activity does not stop! All work is done manually. The wines of the estate are crisp and fresh, and without inputs.
